Okay, I like GWEN but there are some things that really make me mad. Here's my verdict:

Pros

I like how you can talk to the res shrine npc's and get a blessing for any kind of creature you slay instead of like only plants, mandragors, etc.
The dungeons add a nice new theme.

Cons

As for the reputation points, throughout the whole game, no matter your rank, it's only one at a time.
Dungeons can get annoying after a while, what with lvl 29 bosses who won't drop until you're at 60DP and poison/ice darts and jets.
Can't talk to anyone who makes the new armor until you're a certain rank, and the armor is all reskinned.
And let's not forget the biggest addition: The Hall of Monuments

Hall of Monuments
1.)Monument of Fellowship (heroes/pets)

Only heroes with ascended (changed/upgraded) armor can be displayed. Some people like hero starter armor. And, when the statue is displayed, it shows the starter armor again! So what's the point of getting new armor if it won't even show up as what you got?
Only certain pets (black moa, black widow, and phoenix) are displayed as "singles" like the heroes and with the name of what they are. All other pets are displayed as one statue with a wolf, bear, and lynx labelled as "Animal Companion". And I believe if you get a new pet, the only statue displayed is of your old one.

2.)Monument of Valor (weapons)

Only high-end weapons obtained from GW:EN can be displayed. This is only Destroyer weapons.
The weapons customize to your character, but without the added 20% bonus like other customized weapons.
These weapons are expensive. They cost 5k alone to craft, and take onyx gemstones and diamonds to make as well. Not everyone wants to spend a lot of money on a weapon like that.

3.)Monument of Honor (titles)

Only maxed out PVE titles can be displayed. Most of these are difficult to obtain, what with grinding and all, especially the Survivor rank.
PVP only titles have to be rank 9 for hero, rank 3 for everything else.

4.)Monument of Devotion (mini pets)

Any mini pet can be displayed, but it customizes to the character who put it in there, no longer allowing them to be placed in storage and taken out by any character on the same account (which a lot of people like to do).

5.)Monument of Resilience (armor)

Only elite armor (Elite Sunspear, Elite Luxon/Kurzick, Vabbian, Ancient, Primeval, Obsidian, and end game Factions) can be added. Not everyone wants to pay that much for armor. Some are content with what the standard armor looks like.

Okay, there you have it! This is my opinion. What does everyone else think?

So you want to display your hero's you get just buy playing the standard storyline? What's so special then?

What did you expect, you could put your r1 hero rank in there and your 60% cartographer? Of course you need maxed titles, the HoM is for your MEANINGFUL accomplishments.

It's about taking our achievements to GW2, I'd like to be able to FULLY choose what achievements I take. So, yes I would like to be able to put non-max PvE and PvP titles in, I have more than one character and other things to do with my time than farm max titles for them all.

I'd like to put heroes in without changed armour, again, multi-char, a lot of time needs to be put into farming the armour, and some types are quite difficult to get. Would also like to be able to actually put MY pet into the HoM, not a generic statue just because I don't have a black moa, spider or phoenix

I don't want to buy destroyer weapons, I like the weapons I have, and want the ability to put them into HoM without having to buy and then mod up destroyer ones

Not everyone wants/likes/can afford 15k armour, if they want to wear 1.5k, then they should be allowed to put it in. Some 1.5k armour looks very nice, and better than certain 15k sets.

Minis I personally am less bothered about, but I know people who like the ability to move theirs about, and would like to have the benefit of moving their minis around within their own account, so all their chars can still use them & put them in the HoM

This is only a problem if 1) you fail at pve or 2) you're using terribad builds.

For the viewing pleasure of those that like hero starter armor, the statues display with hero starter armor.

Besides, if you upgrade armors, from say Koss' annoying starter armor to any others, you can switch the look back if you don't like it or don't want other people to see it.

Since the Black Widow (FoW), Black Moa (Echovald Forest) and Phoenix (Imperial Sanctum) require being at the opportune place and "accomplish" something, I can see why those were added and the more common pets left out. I am not so sure why the Rainbow Phoenix was left out other than the sheer size of the badboy.

I am however saddened that pet names are not saved. It'd be much cooler to have a statue of a Black Moa with the inscription of "Kung Pao" than
"Black Moa."

You get a trophy for each campaign you finish (masters, bonus or not).
You get a trophy for sweet tooth or drunkard level 1.
You get a trophy for luck or misfortune at level 2.
You get a trophies for completing each of the following: the Deep, Sorrow's Furnace, Fissure of Woe, Underworld, the Domain of Anguish and potentially Urgoz's Warren.

As for elite armor, in the GWEN expansion, uh, I think it's been talked to death. Although to many people's grumbling Dwarven armor is not considered a set and cannot be added.
